IDevelopment Results
Film processing is a chemical service. While we handle every roll with the utmost care, LMF DARKROOM is not responsible for the following:
Blank or Underexposed Rolls: If your film results in no images due to camera malfunction, extreme underexposure, or user error (human error on the photographer's part), a refund will not be issued.
Chemistry Costs: Because chemistry is a one-time use consumable, customers are still required to pay the base development fee to cover the materials and labor used to process the roll, regardless of the visual outcome.
Refunds & Replacements
Services: As development and scanning are labor-intensive services, all sales are final once the film has entered the chemistry.
Lab Error: In the unlikely event of a verified lab equipment failure or technician error that damages your film, we will offer a credit for a replacement roll of film and a voucher for free processing.
